Woohoo Wednesday!

You probably noticed that I haven't posted in a few days. Sadly it's because my macbook crashed this weekend and I didn't have the time to post on our home computer...mostly because it seems lately we're never home! 

So this weekend I went to check my email on my work computer and it booted up to the gray apple screen then unexpectedly shut down, restarted up to the gray apple screen and shut down over and over, forever and ever, amen.

I went online looking for solutions, none of them worked (plus Command + Alt + P + R is really difficult to do), and when I tried to repair it from the operating system dvd it told me it was unrepairable! Oh no!

Luckily I don't have anything on my laptop I can't get again...it might cost me money to buy some of my music and stock photography again, but nothing I couldn't remake or replace. However it's still a pain to have to start from scratch so I took it to the Mac Store in Corvallis and the LOVELY lady there was so helpful all she charged us for was the new back-up hard drive we had to purchase to get all my files off my computer so we could reinstall the OS. Plus they have really good prices on back-up hard drives...same price as Walmart but a better drive. 

I'm so excited to have my macbook back! It was depressing having it be gone.  Of course now I need to reconfigure my email! I'll hopefully post a few pictures on here this week about our trip up to see the Mariners with my parents and aunt & uncle!
